Green Collagen Glow Smoothie
Hydrating greens with an optional collagen boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- ½ green apple, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup water
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides, optional
Prep note
Wash produce well. Add collagen only if it fits your diet and your health professional says it is suitable for you.
How to use
- Blend greens, apple, cucumber and water until smooth.
- Add collagen last and blend briefly.
- Drink fresh.
