Berry Almond Glow Smoothie
A pourable berry-almond smoothie with chia for a polished glow ritual.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw honey, optional

How to prepare
Use cold almond milk and rinse berries well. If using frozen berries, let them soften briefly so the smoothie stays silky.
How to blend and serve
- Add almond milk and water to the blender first.
- Add berries, chia and honey, then blend until the seeds are evenly suspended.
- If it thickens after 2 minutes, stir in 1–2 tbsp cold water.
Serving size
Makes 1 pourable berry smoothie, about 12 oz / 350 ml.
