Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, realistic timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why this smoothie feels fresh

Cucumber and mint make the drink light and cooling, while green tea adds a gentle botanical note. Kefir or yogurt gives creaminess and protein. This is a simple snack-style smoothie, not a promise of instant skin change.

Recipe ingredients

How to blend it

  1. Brew green tea lightly, then cool it fully before blending.
  2. Add tea, kefir, cucumber, banana or avocado, mint and lime to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and add ice at the end.
  4. If the drink is too thick, add 2–3 tablespoons cold water.

When to drink it

It works well as a warm-weather morning snack or afternoon drink. If caffeine affects your sleep, keep it earlier in the day or use a caffeine-free herbal tea instead.
