Why this drink stays light
Moringa can taste strong, so this recipe keeps the amount small and balances it with cucumber, kefir and plenty of cold liquid. Chia seeds add gentle texture, while optional collagen peptides can make the smoothie more filling. This is a beauty drink ritual, not a medical or skin-treatment promise.
Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain kefir
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon moringa powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cold water or ice as needed
- Optional: 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
How to blend it
- Add kefir, cucumber, moringa and cold water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pale green.
- Add chia seeds and pulse briefly, or stir them in after blending.
- Let the drink stand for 3–5 minutes if you prefer a thicker texture.
- Taste and add more cold water if the moringa flavor feels too strong.
Serving notes
Drink fresh. If you use collagen peptides, choose an unflavored option and follow the label. Skip collagen if it does not fit your diet, allergies or health guidance.
Quick checklist
