Aloe & Rose Water Moisture Ritual
A light, soothing moisture ritual for skin that wants softness, freshness and comfort without a heavy feel.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon pure aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1–2 drops jojoba oil or rosehip oil
- optional: a pea-size amount of your regular moisturizer
Why these ingredients
- Aloe gives a lightweight fresh layer.
- Rose water makes the ritual feel soft and spa-like.
- Jojoba or rosehip oil helps seal comfort on dry-looking areas when used sparingly.
How to prepare
Mix aloe and rose water in a clean palm or small bowl. Add oil only if your skin tolerates facial oils well.
How to use
- Apply to clean, slightly damp skin.
- Press gently over cheeks and dry areas.
- Seal with moisturizer if skin still feels thirsty.
- Use only a tiny amount of oil on the driest patches.
Frequency of use
Use 2–4 times per week, especially after cleansing or when skin feels dry and dull.
Gentle note: patch test aloe and oils first. Avoid essential oils on sensitive mature skin.
