Keep the polish soft and short; this is not a strong scrub.
Main ingredients: 1 tablespoon finely ground oats; 1 teaspoon cooled green tea; 1 teaspoon jojoba oil; optional 1 teaspoon fine sugar.

Best for

Elbows, knees, heels or rough-feeling body areas that tolerate gentle polishing. Avoid freshly shaved, sunburned, broken or irritated skin.

Recipe ingredients

How to prepare

  1. Mix oats and cooled green tea into a soft paste.
  2. Stir in jojoba oil.
  3. Add fine sugar only if your skin is not sensitive and the texture remains gentle.

How to use

Massage over damp body skin with very light pressure for 20–30 seconds, then rinse well and moisturize. Do not use on the face.
