Recipe ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely ground oats or oat flour
- 1 teaspoon fresh cucumber juice
- 1 teaspoon jojoba oil
- 2 small mint leaves, very finely chopped, optional
How to prepare
- Stir the oat flour and cucumber juice into a soft paste.
- Add jojoba oil and mix until creamy.
- Fold in the mint if your skin tolerates it; skip mint for sensitive skin.
- Use immediately and discard leftovers.
How to use
Massage with very light pressure on damp body skin for 30–45 seconds. Rinse well, pat dry and apply a simple body oil or moisturizer.
Frequency and safety
Use once weekly at most. Patch test first, never scrub hard, and avoid if mint makes your skin tingle or sting.
