Rice Milk Oat Soft Body Polish

A creamy no-salt rice milk and oat body polish for intact skin that needs a soft, low-scrub rinse.

This polish is creamy and low-friction, not a rough scrub.
Main ingredients: 1 tablespoon finely ground oats; 1 tablespoon rice milk; 1 teaspoon sweet almond oil; optional 1/2 teaspoon rice flour.

Best for

Arms, legs, elbows or knees when skin is intact and you want a soft-feeling rinse. Do not use on the face, sunburn, freshly shaved skin or broken areas.

How to prepare

  1. Stir oats and rice milk until creamy.
  2. Add almond oil and mix again.
  3. Add rice flour only if the mixture is too thin.
  4. Use immediately and discard leftovers.

How to use

Apply to damp body skin with very light pressure for 30–45 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Pat dry and follow with a simple body oil or moisturizer.

Frequency and safety

Use once weekly or less. Patch test first, especially if you react to grains, nuts or oils.
