Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, short timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why this polish is body-only

Oats soften the texture, almond oil adds glide, and a little ripe plum keeps the ritual fresh for late summer. Use this on sturdy body skin only. It is not for the face, neck, chest, broken skin, or freshly shaved areas.

Recipe ingredients

How to mix it

  1. Stir oat flour and almond oil in a clean bowl.
  2. Add mashed plum and mix until the texture looks soft and spoonable.
  3. Add fine sugar only if your body skin tolerates polish texture.
  4. Use immediately; do not store fresh fruit body polish.

How to use it safely

  1. Use in the shower on damp arms or legs with very light pressure.
  2. Massage for 30–45 seconds, then rinse well.
  3. Wash the shower floor because oils can feel slippery.
  4. Pat dry and follow with a simple body lotion.
