Cucumber aloe and oat comfort face mask
A soft, cool texture is the point of this mask.
Main ingredients: 1 tablespoon finely ground oats; 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel; 1 teaspoon cucumber juice; optional ½ teaspoon plain yogurt.

Best for

Sensitive-feeling or warm-weather mature skin that wants a short calming ritual. Avoid if skin is broken, irritated or freshly exfoliated.

How to prepare

  1. Stir oats and aloe in a small clean bowl.
  2. Add cucumber juice slowly until the texture becomes a soft paste.
  3. Use immediately; do not store this fresh mask.

How to apply

Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5–8 minutes, then rinse gently with cool water and moisturize.

Frequency and safety

Use once weekly at most. Patch test first and rinse sooner if the skin stings, warms or feels uncomfortable.
