Oat & Honey Gentle Cleanser
A creamy, comfort-focused cleansing ritual for skin that dislikes tight, stripped or squeaky-clean finishes.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely ground oats or oat flour
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1–2 teaspoons warm water or cooled chamomile tea
- optional: ½ teaspoon plain yogurt for extra creaminess

How to prepare
Mix oats, honey and liquid into a loose creamy paste. Make only one fresh portion and use immediately.
How to use
- Wet the face with lukewarm water.
- Massage the paste very gently for 30–45 seconds.
- Avoid the eye area and do not scrub.
- Rinse well and follow with moisturizer while skin is slightly damp.
Frequency of use
Use 1–3 times per week as a soft morning cleanse or second cleanse on no-makeup days.
Gentle note: patch test honey first. Skip this ritual on broken skin or active irritation.
