Argan and Aloe Soft Ends Hair Ritual
A light argan, aloe and glycerin pre-wash ritual for soft-feeling dry ends without heavy buildup.
Published 2026-06-27

- 1 teaspoon argan oil
- 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
- 2–3 drops vegetable glycerin
Why this works as a soft ends ritual
Argan oil gives dry-looking ends a light glossy feel, aloe vera gel adds water-rich slip, and a tiny amount of vegetable glycerin helps the mix feel smoother. This is a cosmetic softening step for lengths and ends, not a scalp treatment or hair-growth promise.
Recipe ingredients
- 1 teaspoon argan oil
- 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
- 2–3 drops vegetable glycerin
How to mix
- Stir aloe and glycerin first until smooth.
- Add argan oil and whisk with a clean spoon.
- Use immediately; do not store this water-based blend.
How to use on hair
Smooth a pea-size amount through damp mid-lengths and ends, then comb gently. Leave on for 20–30 minutes before washing, or use a very tiny amount as a pre-wash ends treatment.
Who should use less
Fine or very low-density hair may need only a few drops through the ends. Avoid the scalp if oils make your roots flat or uncomfortable, and patch test if your scalp is sensitive.
