Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, short timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why this polish is body-only

Apricot kernel oil gives slip, oats soften the texture, and brown sugar adds a light polish. This recipe is for body skin only. It is too textured for the face, neck, chest, freshly shaved areas or any skin that feels hot from sun.

Recipe ingredients

How to mix it

  1. Stir oat flour and brown sugar in a clean bowl.
  2. Add apricot kernel oil and mix until the grains are coated.
  3. Add aloe gel or warm water a few drops at a time for more glide.
  4. Use the fresh batch immediately.

How to use it

  1. Use on damp arms, legs or rough body areas only.
  2. Massage with very light pressure for 30–45 seconds.
  3. Rinse well and clean the shower floor because oils can feel slippery.
  4. Pat dry and apply body lotion if needed.
