Ingredients

Why these ingredients

Oat flour softens the texture, apricot powder adds a fine polish, and almond oil gives slip so the scrub does not drag on skin. Keep pressure very light.

How to make and use it

  1. Mix oat flour and apricot powder in a clean bowl.
  2. Add almond oil and stir into a damp paste.
  3. Add yogurt or water little by little until spreadable.
  4. Massage very lightly on damp body skin for 20–30 seconds.
  5. Rinse well, pat dry and apply body oil or moisturizer.

Timing and frequency

Make fresh and use immediately. Once weekly is enough for most body skin; choose moisturizer only if skin feels sensitive.
