Ingredients

How to prepare

  1. Mix sugar and oat flour in a clean bowl.
  2. Add jojoba oil and softened shea butter.
  3. Stir until the texture looks like a soft paste, not a dry scrub.
  4. Use immediately; do not store a wet bathroom batch.

How to use on heels

  1. Soak feet in warm water for 3–5 minutes, then pat damp.
  2. Massage the mixture over heel areas with light pressure for 30–45 seconds per foot.
  3. Rinse carefully and wash the shower or tub floor because oils can feel slippery.
  4. Apply a plain body balm or moisturizer and put on clean socks if comfortable.
