Why this is body-only
Rice flour gives a soft powdery texture and coconut oil helps the polish glide. Even gentle textures can be too much for the face, neck or freshly shaved skin, so keep this ritual for sturdy body areas only.
Recipe ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fine rice flour
- 1 teaspoon softened coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon plain yogurt or water if the mix feels too thick
- Optional: a tiny pinch of crushed dried rose petals for scent
How to prepare it
- Stir rice flour and coconut oil in a clean small bowl.
- Add rose water slowly until the mix becomes creamy.
- Add yogurt or water only if needed for slip.
- Use immediately and discard leftovers.
How to use it
- Apply to damp arms or legs with very light pressure.
- Massage for 30–45 seconds only.
- Rinse well and clean the shower floor because oil can feel slippery.
- Pat dry and apply body lotion if needed.
Frequency and safety
Use no more than once weekly. Avoid face, neck, chest, irritated skin, sunburn, active bumps, and before or after shaving or waxing.
