Ingredients

Why these ingredients

Fine rice flour gives a soft polish, coconut milk or yogurt makes the texture creamy, aloe adds slip, and jojoba oil helps the ritual feel less scratchy.

How to make and use it

  1. Mix rice flour and coconut milk in a clean bowl.
  2. Add jojoba oil and aloe vera gel, stirring until creamy.
  3. Massage very lightly over damp body skin for 30–45 seconds; do not scrub hard.
  4. Rinse well and pat dry.
  5. Apply a simple body lotion or oil while skin is still slightly damp.

Timing and frequency

Make fresh and use the same day. Topical recipes are best kept occasional: once weekly for body polish and 1–2 times weekly for a light scalp mist if it feels comfortable.
