Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, short timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why quinoa flour needs a soft partner

Quinoa flour can make a creamy body polish, but it should be used in a very fine texture and buffered with oat flour and jojoba oil. This keeps the ritual from feeling scratchy. It is a body-only recipe, not a face scrub.

Recipe ingredients

How to mix it

  1. Combine quinoa flour and oat flour in a clean bowl.
  2. Add jojoba oil and stir until the powder looks fully coated.
  3. Add aloe gel or warm water a few drops at a time until it glides.
  4. Skip the optional sugar if skin feels dry, hot, sun-exposed or easily stressed.

How to use it

  1. Use on damp arms, legs, elbows or knees with barely-there pressure.
  2. Massage for 30–45 seconds, then rinse well.
  3. Pat dry and apply lotion or body oil while skin is slightly damp.
