How to make it

  1. Mash the softened shea butter with the oat flour in a clean bowl.
  2. Add sweet almond oil slowly until the mixture looks creamy and lightly grainy.
  3. Use on damp body skin only, massaging with very light pressure for 30–45 seconds.
  4. Rinse well, pat dry and follow with body lotion if needed.

Timing and storage

Prepare a small fresh batch. Use immediately for masks and polishes, or store oil-only hair blends in a clean closed bottle for up to two weeks. Discard anything that changes smell, color or texture.
