Dull-looking or tired-looking skin that tolerates green tea well. Avoid during irritation, sunburn, broken skin or right after exfoliation.
Recipe ingredients
- 1 teaspoon finely ground oats or colloidal oats
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
- 1–2 teaspoons cooled brewed green tea, as needed
How to prepare
- Mix oats and matcha in a small bowl.
- Add aloe gel and enough cooled tea to make a soft paste.

How to apply
Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5–8 minutes only, then soften with water and rinse without scrubbing.
Frequency and safety
Use once weekly at most. Patch test first; rinse right away if it tingles, stings or feels uncomfortable.
Quick Checklist
- Use cooled tea only.
- Keep the layer thin.
- Do not let clay-like masks dry hard on the face.
