Main ingredients: 1 kiwi; ½ cup cucumber; ½ cup plain yogurt or kefir; 1 teaspoon chia seeds; mint; ½ cup cold water.

How to blend

  1. Add kiwi, cucumber, yogurt or kefir and cold water to a blender.
  2. Add chia seeds and mint.
  3. Blend until smooth, then let it sit 2 minutes so the chia softens slightly.
