How to use it

Look for panthenol in a finished serum, moisturizer or hair product rather than trying to mix raw cosmetic ingredients at home. Apply a small amount after cleansing and before moisturizer, or use a panthenol-containing hair product on mid-lengths and ends.

What it cannot do

Panthenol does not replace sunscreen, treat scalp conditions, erase wrinkles or fix irritation overnight. It is a supportive ingredient, not a medical treatment.
