Ingredients

Why these ingredients

Cucumber water keeps the mask light and fresh-feeling, chia creates a cooling gel texture, aloe adds slip, and rose water gives a soft ritual feel. This is a short-contact comfort mask, not an active treatment.

How to make and use it

  1. Stir chia seeds with cucumber water and rose water.
  2. Let the mixture gel for 12–15 minutes, then stir in aloe vera.
  3. If the texture is too slippery, add the optional ground oats.
  4. Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
  5. Leave on for 5–7 minutes, then rinse gently and moisturize.

Timing and frequency

Use once weekly. Make fresh, use clean tools and discard leftovers unless a step specifically says the drink can be chilled for the same day.
