Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, realistic timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why this is a body-only polish

Rice flour gives a fine powdery feel, oat flour softens the texture, and coconut oil helps the mixture glide. It is meant for resilient body areas only. Do not use this on the face, neck, chest, freshly shaved skin, sunburn, irritation or broken skin.

Recipe ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Mix rice flour and oat flour in a clean small bowl.
  2. Add softened coconut oil and stir slowly.
  3. Add warm water drop by drop only if needed.
  4. Use immediately and discard leftovers.

How to use it

  1. Use in the shower on damp body skin.
  2. Massage with feather-light pressure for 30–45 seconds.
  3. Rinse very well and clean the shower floor because oil can be slippery.
  4. Pat dry and follow with lotion if your skin wants more comfort.

Frequency and safety

Use no more than once weekly. Skip before sun exposure, after shaving or waxing, and any time your skin feels hot, itchy or reactive. Patch test first; natural powders can still feel too much for sensitive skin.
