Fine sugar and a creamy base keep this body polish gentle and rinse-off.
Main ingredients: 2 tablespoons fine sugar, 1 tablespoon coconut milk powder, 1 teaspoon jojoba oil and water as needed.

Best for

Rough-feeling elbows, knees, arms or legs when skin is not irritated. Do not use on the face, freshly shaved skin, sunburn, cuts or active irritation.

Recipe ingredients

How to prepare

  1. Mix sugar and coconut milk powder in a small bowl.
  2. Add jojoba oil and stir.
  3. Add water a few drops at a time until creamy but still polish-like.
  4. Use immediately; do not store once water is added.

How to use

Massage very lightly on damp body skin for 30–45 seconds. Rinse well, pat dry and apply body lotion or oil. The pressure should be barely more than applying lotion.

Frequency and safety

Use no more than once weekly. Avoid strong fragrance, harsh salt scrubs and aggressive rubbing, especially after 40 when body skin can feel thinner or drier.
