- 1 teaspoon fine brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons jojoba oil or sweet almond oil

How to make it
- Mix oats, cocoa, and brown sugar in a clean bowl.
- Add oil slowly until the polish looks soft and damp, not crumbly.
- Use on wet body skin only, especially elbows, knees, or rough-feeling areas.
- Massage with very light pressure for 20–30 seconds.
- Rinse well, pat dry, and follow with body lotion or oil.
Safety notes
Keep this body-only polish away from the face, neck, broken skin, fresh shaving, sunburn, or active irritation. Use once weekly at most.
