Best for: a simple, realistic Glow Rituals recipe with safety notes and no exaggerated claims.

Why this rinse stays light

Chamomile tea gives a soft herbal base, while aloe vera gel adds slip without turning the rinse into a heavy mask. Keep the amount small and use it on lengths rather than treating it as a scalp solution.

Recipe ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Brew chamomile tea and let it cool completely.
  2. Whisk aloe vera gel with a spoonful of the tea until smooth.
  3. Add the rest of the tea and water.
  4. Add glycerin only if your hair tolerates humectants well.
  5. Use the same day; discard leftovers.

How to use it

  1. After shampoo, pour or mist the rinse through damp lengths.
  2. Comb gently with a wide-tooth comb.
  3. Leave on 2–3 minutes, then rinse lightly.
  4. Follow with a small amount of conditioner if ends still feel dry.

Frequency and safety

Use once weekly or less. Avoid if your scalp is irritated, if you react to chamomile/ragweed-family plants, or if aloe has bothered your skin before.
