Best for: a simple Glow Rituals recipe with exact quantities, realistic timing and gentle safety notes.

Why this polish is gentle

Finely ground oats make the base softer than a harsh salt scrub, calendula tea keeps the texture light, and jojoba oil adds slip so you do not need heavy pressure.

Recipe ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Mix oat flour and cooled calendula tea into a soft paste.
  2. Stir in jojoba oil until glossy.
  3. Add fine sugar only if the area is not sensitive.
  4. Use immediately and discard leftovers.

How to use it

  1. Use on damp body skin, not the face.
  2. Massage with very light pressure for 20–30 seconds.
  3. Rinse well and moisturize while skin is still slightly damp.
  4. Avoid freshly shaved, sunburned, irritated or broken skin.

Best areas

This is best for elbows, knees, feet edges or rough-feeling patches. Keep it away from delicate neck, chest and intimate areas.
