Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, realistic timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why this is body-only

Cacao and brown sugar make this polish feel warm and comforting, while oat flour softens the texture. It is still a scrub, so keep it for resilient body areas only — never the face, neck, chest or freshly shaved skin.

Recipe ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Mix cacao, oats and brown sugar in a clean bowl.
  2. Add oil and stir until the texture is glossy and paste-like.
  3. If it feels too dry, add a few more drops of oil.

How to use it

  1. Use on damp body skin with very light pressure for 30–45 seconds.
  2. Focus on arms, legs or rough-feeling areas, avoiding delicate skin.
  3. Rinse well and clean the shower floor because oil can be slippery.
  4. Pat dry and apply body lotion if needed.

Frequency and safety

Use no more than once weekly. Skip before sun exposure, after shaving or waxing, and on irritated, scratched or sunburned skin.
