Main ingredients: brown sugar; sweet almond oil; oat flour
Why this body polish works
Brown sugar gives a soft body-only polish, oat flour makes the texture feel cushioned, and sweet almond oil helps the mixture glide. Keep the pressure light; the ritual should feel smoothing, never scratchy.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely ground oat flour
- 1 tablespoon sweet almond oil
- Optional: 1 drop vanilla extract for scent
How to prepare
- Mix brown sugar and oat flour in a clean small bowl.
- Add sweet almond oil and stir until the texture looks glossy but not runny.
- Use immediately; do not store a wet homemade scrub.
How to use
- Use on damp body skin only: elbows, knees, lower legs or dry-feeling body areas.
- Massage for 30–45 seconds with very light pressure.
- Rinse well and wash the shower floor because oil can be slippery.
- Follow with body lotion if skin feels dry.
Safety notes
- Do not use on face, neck, chest, broken skin or freshly shaved areas.
- Skip before strong sun exposure.
- Patch test first and stop if skin feels uncomfortable.
