Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, realistic timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why this mask stays gentle

Blueberry adds a fresh fruit feel and soft color, oats cushion the texture, and aloe helps the mask spread without dragging. Keep this as a short cosmetic comfort ritual only. It is not a brightening treatment, and it should not be used on irritated or freshly exfoliated skin.

Recipe ingredients

How to prepare it

  1. Mash the blueberry very smoothly and press it through a small sieve if needed.
  2. Stir in the oats and aloe vera gel.
  3. Add cool water or rose water drop by drop until the mixture becomes a soft paste.
  4. Use immediately; do not store this fresh mask.

How to apply

  1. Patch test first, especially because fruit can be active for some skin.
  2. Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area and lips.
  3. Leave on for 5 minutes only.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water without scrubbing, then moisturize.

Frequency and safety

Use no more than once weekly. Skip if your skin is reactive, broken, sunburned, newly waxed, freshly exfoliated or currently using strong actives. Blueberry can stain pale towels, so use a dark cloth for cleanup.
