Best for: a small fresh batch with exact quantities, realistic timing and gentle safety boundaries.

Why this polish is soft

Baobab powder and oat flour make the texture finer than a coarse scrub, while jojoba oil gives glide. A little very fine sugar is optional and should be used only on resilient body areas. This is a body-only polish, not a face scrub.

Recipe ingredients

How to make it

  1. Mix baobab powder and oat flour in a clean bowl.
  2. Add jojoba oil and stir until the powder looks evenly coated.
  3. Add warm water or aloe vera gel drop by drop if you want a softer paste.
  4. Add very fine sugar only if your body skin tolerates texture well.
  5. Use immediately and do not store this fresh mixture.

How to apply

  1. Use on damp body skin only: arms, legs or rough-feeling areas.
  2. Massage with very light pressure for 30–45 seconds.
  3. Rinse well and wash the shower floor because oils can feel slippery.
  4. Pat dry and apply body lotion if needed.

Safety notes

Skip this polish on the face, neck, chest, broken skin, sunburn, irritation, or before and after shaving. If your skin is easily reactive, leave out the sugar and use only the baobab-oat-oil paste.
