Why this mask fits dehydrated-feeling skin
Colloidal oats give the mask a soft cushion, aloe vera gel adds slip, and cucumber water keeps the texture fresh and light. This is a comfort mask, not a treatment for irritation or a replacement for moisturizer.
Recipe ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely ground oats or colloidal oats
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon cucumber water or plain cool water
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water, optional
How to make and use it
- Mix oats and aloe in a clean bowl.
- Add cucumber water a few drops at a time until creamy.
- Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding eyes and lips.
- Leave on for 7–10 minutes; do not let it dry tight.
- Rinse gently and follow with moisturizer.
Safety notes
- Patch test first.
- Skip on broken, sunburned, or actively irritated skin.
- Make fresh and discard leftovers.
