Almond Oat Vanilla Gentle Body Polish

A soft no-salt body polish with oat, almond oil and vanilla for intact skin that needs a gentle smooth-feeling rinse.

Fine oats are much gentler than salt or rough sugar crystals.
Main ingredients: 1 tablespoon finely ground oats; 1 teaspoon almond oil; 1 teaspoon plain yogurt or water; pinch vanilla powder optional.

Best for

Elbows, knees, feet and rough-feeling body areas when skin is intact. Avoid face, sunburn, broken skin and freshly shaved areas.

How to prepare

  1. Mix oat flour and almond oil in a small bowl.
  2. Add yogurt or water until the texture is creamy, not runny.
  3. Stir in vanilla only if your skin tolerates scented ingredients.
  4. Use immediately and discard leftovers.

How to use

Apply to damp body skin and massage with feather-light pressure for 30–45 seconds. Rinse well, pat dry and moisturize.

Frequency and safety

Use once weekly at most. Patch test first and stop if the skin feels hot, itchy or stingy.
